We do not comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act – California Civil Code Section 1798.100 to 1798.199 - as Luminous Tradition does not meet any of the thresholds which trigger the need for compliance. Specifically, we do not:

• Have annual gross revenues of $25 million; • Annually buy, sell, receive, or share for commercial purposes the personal information of 50,000 or more California consumers, households, or devices; or • Derive 50 percent or more of its annual revenues from selling consumers’ personal information.

Any website “directed at children under 13” must undertake certain compliance steps pursuant to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act [15 U.S. Code § 6502] and under age 16 pursuant to Article 8 of the General Data Protection Regulation. This Site is directed at adults, not children.

• Teachable for providing and selling courses. • Stripe to process payments. • Mighty Networks to host our community site.
